RÓKA MUSIC VIDEO · MAKING OF

This was the story behind, the making of this video: There is a Facebook group for filmmakers in Berlin, we saw a message from Róka there asking for videographers to make the video for her first single of her solo project, so we wrote her.

After a couple of messages we knew that we belong together, so we met to talk about the ideas and start to thinking the video, when to shoot, where, and what we need for it. Then we also needed an art director and a drone pilot, so we started to look for.

THE NAME OF THE SONG IS OVERGROWN

We found the perfect team, Tatiana and Andre. The five of us did everything. We went two days in a row to a quarry near Berlin. We tooked to the place a complete livingroom with sofa, chairs, carpets, lamps, everything.

The idea of the song is about nature conquering back the civilization, the idea of Overgrown

We love to shoot analog pictures, so we took advantage of taking some photos in 35mm and polaroids, the place was amazing, very surreal, we loved the results.

The second day we shot in the forest, it was a cold cold day and the light was changing all the time so it was a little bit of a mess, but everything turned right at the end.
